Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Assistant II who will perform administrative duties for the HR department. The Human Resource Assistant will play a critical role in assisting new hires and current employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR administrative and technical support to employees, candidates, hiring managers, and HR staff.
- Research, compile, and analyze HR data for reports, projects, and recommendations.
- Process HR forms and assist with employee inquiries, recruitment, onboarding, and employment procedures.
- Support HR systems, including applicant tracking, HRMS, compensation, training, and employee relations.
- Respond to HR inquiries, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain accurate procedures and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- One (1) year of Human Resources Assistant experience is required.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
