Job Description

Human Resources Assistant Jr

Training & Classroom Support Responsibilities
  • Monitor new hire training classes during self-study and compliance training sessions.
  • Proctor pre-exams and ensure testing protocols are followed.
  • Track attendance, licensing results, and course completions.
  • Provide daily instructions and guidance to new hires.
  • Coordinate classroom activities and vendor instructor sessions.
  • Communicate student progress and updates to managers and leaders.
  • Meet and greet new hires and assist with classroom logistics.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting human resources programs and procedures.
  • 1-3 years of experience processing employee lifecycle transactions.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing information and support related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a training, learning, onboarding, or classroom support environment.
  • Experience tracking attendance, licensing results, or training completion metrics.
  • Experience with OneSource or similar learning management systems (training provided if needed).
