Human Resources Assistant

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have admin, organizational and recruiting skills which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title:  Human Resources Assistant

Location:  McAllen, TX

Pay Range:  $16.75

 

What’s the Job?

• Review and process employment applications
• Compiles and files data related to applicants and/or positions
• Keep track of screening employment application and job requisitions
• Generate weekly or monthly recruiting reports
• Other job duties as assigned

 

What’s Needed?

• To qualify, one of the following must be met:

           Associate's degree
           A minimum of 60 earned college hours

• At least one (1) year of human resources or professional work setting experience, preferred.
• Experience in a higher education institution, preferred.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
• Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
