Human Resources Associate

Our client, a leading organization, is looking to hire a Technical | Human Resources Associate in Alpharetta, GA.

Pay Rate Range: $27–$29/hour W2, depending on experience

\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Support the day-to-day administration and operational effectiveness of Talent Management products and processes, including Performance Management, Talent Ranking, Promotions, Learning, and Employee Relations.
• \n
• Partner with Talent Management, Technology, Employee Relations, and HCM Business Partners to understand business needs and identify effective solutions.
• \n
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• \n
• Manage and prioritize work items within product backlogs and support enhancements through Agile development cycles.
• \n
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation of delivered solutions.
• \n
• Investigate user issues, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.
• \n
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance the user experience, and standardize practices.
• \n
• Assist with project planning, change management activities, training materials, and end-user communications as needed.

Requirements:

\n

• \n
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business analysis, HR, technology, or a related field.
• \n
• Experience supporting HR technology, business applications, HRIS, or enterprise systems is preferred.
• \n
• Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is strongly preferred.
• \n
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• \n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• \n
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• \n
• Exposure to system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, change management, or production support is a plus.
• \n
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product backlog management is preferred.
• \n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• \n
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new systems, technologies, and business processes.
• \n
• Strong critical-thinking skills with a passion for identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement.
• \n
• Ability to work 4 days on-site in Alpharetta, GA.
