Human Resources Business Partner Position Type: Full Time, Exempt Employee Salary Range: $95,000 -$150,000 annually, DOE; may be eligible for bonus. Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA and offers a hybrid work option after a 90-day probationary period (not fully remote). About the Opportunity The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, subject matter expert and trainer to a diverse group of managers and leaders across multiple Service Center functions. The HRBP provides practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, workplace concerns, and day-to-day people decisions. This role requires the confidence to address complex employee issues, translate HR concepts into actionable guidance, and understand the Service Center’s unique needs and challenges. In this role, you will enhance manager capability through coaching, apply employment law knowledge to manage risk, and partner with Legal and HR subject matter experts to deliver coordinated solutions.
