Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support its HR team with onboarding, employee documentation, and payroll-related administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience looking to grow within a collaborative team.
Position Details- Pay: $21–$22/hour
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with in-office days Tuesday and Wednesday
Key Responsibilities- Process new-hire paperwork and accurately enter employee information into the HRIS.
- Maintain electronic employee files and upload onboarding documentation.
- Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks.
- Respond to inquiries from HR, recruiting, payroll, and field administration.
- Ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Qualifications- 1–2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with HRIS platforms; UKG/UltiPro or Oracle experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, data entry, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus.
