Job Summary

Become a part of the Levy team at Lumen Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Reign, and world-class concerts and events. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle and serves as a key point of contact for candidates and team members. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, and providing administrative support across various HR functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, facilitate, and execute all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Support the planning and execution of hiring events and recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with the HR Manager to prepare new hire onboarding and orientations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the digital onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of Levy training requirements, employment documentation, and union-related paperwork.
• Verify employment eligibility documentation and complete Form I-9 processing through MyI9 First Advantage, including monitoring and initiating required updates.
• Ensure completion and compliance of all required employment documentation, certifications, and training requirements.
• Create, maintain, and manage organized employee personnel records and employee tracking systems accurately.
• Assist employees with updating personal, payroll, and employment records, ensuring accurate and current information is maintained across HR systems.
• Audit employee records and tracking systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate employee reports to support management in making operational decisions.
• Collaborate with union representatives to communicate employee personnel updates and support accurate employee records.
• Perform grievance research to assess and verify potential Collective Bargaining Agreement violations.
• Assist with event-day preparation and employee check in.
• Process employee separations and update employee records accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with employment and labor laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
• Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must pass a background check.
