We are partnering with a growing, well-established behavioral healthcare organization seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its collaborative HR leadership team in the Boise, Idaho area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of Human Resources, from navigating complex employee relations matters to developing programs, improving processes, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives.
Our client is experiencing continued growth across multiple states and is focused on strengthening its HR infrastructure, enhancing the employee experience, and building scalable processes to support future expansion.
This is not a narrowly focused HR position. We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and can confidently transition between strategic projects and hands-on HR responsibilities.
If you enjoy working with a close-knit team, making meaningful contributions, and having a direct impact on both employees and organizational success, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
Manage a broad range of HR responsibilities, including onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compliance, HRIS, and employee lifecycle activities.
Navigate complex employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee situations.
Partner with leadership on strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Support HR operations across multiple states, ensuring consistency, compliance, and exceptional employee support.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions as the organization continues to grow.
Leverage HR data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with a close-knit HR team where everyone contributes across multiple disciplines while developing areas of specialized expertise.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope.
Broad, hands-on HR generalist experience across employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, HR operations, and policy administration.
Strong employee relations experience, including independently advising managers, handling sensitive situations, and supporting workplace investigations.
Experience partnering directly with business leaders and providing practical, solutions-oriented HR guidance.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent communication, judgment, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to work onsite Monday–Thursday in the Boise/Meridian area.
