At E2 Optics, our people are central to everything we do. Our Human Resources Generalist (HRG) serves as an onsite HR partner, supporting both office staff and field operations on regional job sites on a day-to-day basis. This role is highly visible, hands-on, and critical to driving a consistent, people-focused experience across the workforce.

You will operate as a key HR presence for assigned locations, working closely with field leaders while collaborating with a broader HR team, with a focus on employee relations, performance support, and field operations alignment. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys building effective relationships that support operational teams.

This is a fully onsite exempt role, working in an office and at active job sites, with regular local travel required. This position is supported by a shared HR Coordinator to effectively deliver HR services to our local operations and reports directly to an HR Manager as part of a larger Regional HR team. Our HR teams collaborate constantly with each other and work closely with other teams, including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll.

    • Manage critical processes such as I-9 compliance and employment documentation

    Employee Relations & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

    • Maintain accurate HR documentation and tracking within HR systems

    HR Operations & Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and improve outcomes

    • Support initiatives such as performance reviews, engagement strategies, and workforce planning
