Join a dynamic Human Resources team supporting employees and managers across multiple states and business units. The HR Generalist – Analyst serves as both an HR Business Partner for an assigned region and the department’s subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, and workforce analytics.
This role is responsible for ensuring HR data integrity, administering HR systems, developing workforce reports and metrics, supporting compliance efforts, and providing day-to-day HR support throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a solid foundation in human resources practices and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Company’s HRIS and Professional Employer Organization (PEO) platform
- Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate, complete, and audit-ready
- Review new hire information for accuracy, including labor categories, work locations, pay classifications, and Service Contract Act (SCA) designations
- Monitor HR system functionality and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and data quality
- Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to maintain consistent employee data across all systems
- Develop and maintain routine and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
- Analyze trends related to headcount, turnover, leave usage, recruiting activity, and other key HR indicators
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making
- Support HR audits and compliance reporting requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities and data accuracy
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers within an assigned region
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns
- Provide guidance on HR processes and escalate complex issues as appropriate
- Assist managers with employee relations documentation and performance management activities
- Support employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, transfers, status changes, and separations
- Support recruiting activities by coordinating job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and hiring workflows
- Assist with onboarding activities and ensure new hire documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain recruiting and onboarding records within HR systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to support staffing initiatives
- Support HR compliance efforts and internal audits
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and employee experience
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned
- Assist with onboarding, recruiting coordination, and employee lifecycle support as needed
- Partner with HR team members to ensure consistent service delivery across regions and departments
- Contribute to department projects, process improvements, and HR initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of Human Resources, HRIS, workforce analytics, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, databases, and reporting tools
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
