About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist, also commonly searched as HR Generalist, Human Resources Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Resources Administrator, or HR Representative, supports day-to-day human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This first-shift, non-exempt position is responsible for recruitment support, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, leave coordination, timekeeping, training, performance management, regulatory compliance, workers' compensation reporting, and employee communications. The role works closely with employees and senior management while maintaining confidentiality, supporting workplace safety, and promoting a positive company culture.
