Human Resources GeneralistFull Time Our client is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join their team and support the Human Resource function across the organization.  United Hebrew is a leading healthcare facility located in New Rochelle, NY.   This is a Monday-Friday position. You'll work in a professional office environment and have the opportunity to advance your career in Human Resources.  This position plays a key role on the HR team, overseeing key HR functions to include HRIS data management, Leave of Absence Management and Workers Compensation Management.   You'll lead this speciality and interact with employees, leaders and managers, vendor partners and consultants to ensure timely and accurate management.   Key responsibilities will include maintaining timely and daily communication with employees regarding their leave of absences, updating departmental leaders, and maintaining data integrity of the HRIS.   We are interested in speaking with candidates with 2-3 years' HR experience that will include excellent customer service, relationship building skills, strong teamwork along with attention to detail follow-up skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office – specifically excel skills. College degree is a plus, prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred. Competitive starting rate of pay at $60,000-$65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, generous paid time off and more!
