In this role, you will support a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checksAssist with employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have the tools and resources needed for successAdminister HR programs, including employee benefits, recognition initiatives, and other HR-related activitiesRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits while maintaining confidentialityMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable lawsAssist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processesSupport the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and best practicesParticipate in special HR projects, continuous improvement initiatives, HR data audits, and safety/operational auditsDevelop and support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retentionPerform additional HR duties as assignedRequired QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1-5 years of Human Resources experienceWorking knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
