Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
3+ years of Human Resources experience
Experience with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite
PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification are a plus
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions.
New hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive employee experience.
Maintain employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including California labor regulations.
Assist with policy development, employee handbook updates, and HR compliance initiatives.
