WHY THIS ROLE

Looking for a human resources role where you can support employees and strengthen HR processes across a community-focused healthcare organization? Primary Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, HR operations, compliance, personnel records, and employee programs across the Network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining personnel and departmental policies and procedures.

Support employee transitions, exit interviews, and the preparation and confidential maintenance of personnel files.

Coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug screenings as needed.

Help maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations, Joint Commission HR Management Standards, and HRSA HR standards.

Monitor employee evaluations; maintain HR databases, track information, and prepare reports.

Support employee recognition programs, departmental goals, disciplinary procedures, and other HR initiatives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field required; or at least 2 years of HR experience

Computer proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organization, prioritization, judgment, flexibility, and discretion with confidential information.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and apply organizational policies and procedures.

COMPENSATION

PHN recognizes experience, education, credentials, and site location when determining wage, as applicable.
