Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5 years of recent employee relations or human resources experience
• Experience conducting workplace investigations, including interviews and report writing
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in case documentation
• Ability to travel between Eden, Delta, and Solano facilities

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with union-represented employees
• Experience in healthcare or multi-site organizations
• Ability to balance employee experience, business needs, and compliance
• Experience collaborating with HR, legal, and risk teams

Summary / Duties

Provide hands-on employee relations support across campuses. Conduct workplace investigations, serve as an advisor on performance management, and collaborate with HR, legal, and labor relations teams to ensure consistent outcomes. Additional duties include coaching leaders, identifying trends, and supporting organizational change.
