This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, assisting with day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system.
Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records.
Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
