Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees across the organization
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and coaching
  • Oversee performance management processes, goal setting, and annual review cycles
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, policies, and documentation
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and workforce strategy
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making
  • Support benefits administration and collaborate with vendors as needed
  • Mentor junior HR staff or HR Generalists

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or manager-level capacity
  • Strong background in employee relations and HR operations (must-have)
  • Experience in mid-sized organizations
  • Solid understanding of multi-state employment law and compliance
  • Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence decision-making
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
  • HRIS experience required (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar)
