Human Resources Manager

What your day will look like:
 

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades, field operations, supervisory, professional, and leadership positions.
• Develop proactive workforce planning strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Manage onboarding, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
• Strengthen company culture through employee engagement, recognition, communication, and leadership support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and implement scalable HR systems and processes.
• Partner with executives and operational leaders to provide practical HR guidance and support business growth.
• Drive employee retention initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce turnover.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the construction industry.  
• Proven success recruiting skilled trades, field leadership, and professional staff.
• Experience managing employee relations and HR compliance matters.
• Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree and/or SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
