  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, changes, and related questions.
  • Coordinate leave requests, return-to-work documentation, and applicable accommodations with Corporate HR.
  • Review and submit accurate attendance information, employee changes, and approved payroll updates.
  • Help resolve payroll and benefits discrepancies in coordination with Corporate HR and designated administrators.

6. HR Compliance and Risk Management

  • Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain required employment documentation and support HR audits and compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with workplace safety documentation and other HR-related risk management activities.
  • Promptly escalate potential legal claims, discrimination or harassment allegations, and significant compliance concerns.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, compensation, benefits, and medical information.

7. Branch and Corporate HR Partnership
