Compensation: $50–$61/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday

Seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support field operations, branch leadership, and frontline employees across multiple locations. This highly visible role will focus on employee relations, talent development, HR compliance, company culture, and acquisition integration.
Construction and contracting
Flooring, building products, and homebuilding
Manufacturing and distribution
Other field-based, blue-collar, or multi-location workforces

Key Qualifications
5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong employee relations, performance management, and employment law knowledge.
Multi-location experience and exposure to acquisitions preferred.
SHRM or PHR certification highly preferred.
Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, managers, and frontline employees, with regular travel to field locations as needed.
