The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on HR professional who provides comprehensive, full-cycle Human Resources support to designated programs and/or support departments. This role partners with leaders to address employee and labor relations matters, support talent acquisition and retention, guide performance management, and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational and operational goals.
The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, provides excellent internal customer service, supports organizational change, and identifies opportunities to improve HR processes and practices.
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days onsite and two days remote each week.

The base pay for this position ranges from $69,000 to $83,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
