Summary The Manager of Human Resources will ensure that all SERVPRO employees are supported in the fulfillment of their company obligations and career goals. The HR Manager will be a member of the senior leadership team and is expected to contribute to all aspects of the business by providing leadership with strategic thinking around HR and Human Capital Management. This role will serve as the primary subject matter expert in all things related to employees and the employee experience and will be responsible for all recruiting functions and new hire onboarding for all office locations.
