Summary: The Human Resources Manager leads all HR activities with the HR Assistant, aligning talent strategy with production goals. They serve as partners to company management, focusing on retention, safety compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: - Records Management: Entering, organizing, maintaining and/or overseeing the employee data/files, databases, and records: employee data, attendance, payroll, benefits, compliance, and the performance appraisal system.
- MS Office, HRIS/HCM Software: Managing Human Resources Information Systems to track and/or update: currently using ERP-JobBOSS, Paycor and Employee Navigator, and others.
- Onboarding, Retention & Offboarding: Own full‑cycle recruitment for designated upper-level roles and handles with the managers/supervisors coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions and exit procedures.
- Payroll Support: Overseeing those doing payroll preparation and submissions.
- Benefits & Compensation: Salary data for market competitiveness, first point of contact for benefits brokers, and oversee annual open enrollment.
- 401k: Processing participant enroll and funding, weekly withdraws, annual auditing
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, facilitating communication, assisting in conflict resolution, and conducting employee investigations.
