Position Summary

As a Human Resources Operations Contractor, you will Support Deloitte's Contingent Workforce Management team in sourcing and onboarding specialized contract talent, including senior executives and international candidates.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Human Resources Operations Contractor will include:

• Support the contractor lifecycle, including developing SOWs and sourcing strategies in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Review contracts and staff-augmentation job postings to support compliance and risk mitigation.
• Prepare detailed summaries and recommendations for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to address contract-related questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with contingent labor and international or cross-border workforce matters.
• Strong communication skills, including experience engaging with senior-level candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with recruiting, contingent workforce, and deployment systems.
• Hands-on Fieldglass experience.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills, with the ability to bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with professional services firms is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience using recruiting, contingent labor, or deployment systems.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 - $65 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
