- Two years' experience working in HR required.
- A minimum of two years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant.
- A minimum of one-year experience working in benefits administration, payroll processing, employee relations and FMLA, Workers Compensation, EAP, and ADA.
- Experience in HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Great attention to detail, ability to work under deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Excellent quality of work required.
- Previous background in health care setting preferred.
