Human Resources Specialist

Banyan Search is actively seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist for our client located in Salisbury, NC. This newly created position plays a critical role in supporting multiple store locations by addressing employee concerns, coaching store leadership, enhancing HR documentation, and mitigating organizational risk. By fostering trust, consistency, and fairness, this role directly contributes to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in HR or employee relations, preferably within multi-unit retail, quick-service restaurants, or hospitality.
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources practices, policies, and employee relations.
• Strong aptitude for conducting investigations, documenting outcomes, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is highly valued.
• Proficiency with HR software, systems, and related technologies.
