The Human Resources Specialist plays a critical role in supporting recruitment, compliance, and staff development across the PK-12 district. This position is responsible for building strong talent pipelines, strengthening hiring manager capacity, and ensuring effective onboarding and early employee success. The HR Specialist works closely with school leaders and the Human Resources team to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce aligned with the school's mission and values.
