Full Time l Onsite l Fresno County l Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Supervisor:

• Supervise daily HR operations and support HR team activities
• Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance to employees and management
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Assist with performance management and policy administration
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and HR strategies

Qualifications for the Human Resources Supervisor:

• Previous Human Resources supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
