Summary:
An established HVAC service company is looking for an Account Executive to work out of there Tampa, FL office. This company provides full-service installation, maintenance, and repairs for commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
* Secure new commercial, industrial, and institutional clients through targeted outreach, networking initiatives, and strategic relationship development.
* Engage potential customers through cold calling to uncover new business opportunities and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
* Sell to both executive-level decision makers and technical stakeholders.
* Build and nurture strong partnerships with key contacts including business owners, facility managers, engineers, and property management teams.
* Develop estimates, prepare bids, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close contracts while maintaining profitable margins.
* Identify critical decision makers within organizations and deliver tailored solutions aligned with their operational and technical objectives.
* Promote and sell service and repair work, retrofit initiatives, and energy-efficient project solutions.
* Produce precise and detailed proposals that align with project specifications and customer expectations.
* Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate terms to secure profitable agreements.
* Prepare and organize bid packages, ensuring estimates are accurate and complete.
Qualifications:
* 4+ years of commercial HVAC experience as an Account Executive or related with relative knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
* Must have a Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Preferred:
* Prior experience in HVAC-related field work is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
* Previous sales experience is a plus.S
