HVAC Call Center / Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:We are looking for an energetic, confident, and sales-driven HVAC Call Center / Customer Service Representative to generate new business by contacting residential and commercial customers. The goal is to identify homeowners and businesses with HVAC needs, create interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales and service teams.Key Responsibilities:Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers.Introduce Sanborn's HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical services professionally and confidently.Identify opportunities for HVAC replacements, tune-ups, repairs, maintenance, and indoor air quality services.Ask qualifying questions to determine the customer's needs.Schedule qualified appointments for technicians or Comfort Advisors.Follow up with previous estimates, unsold proposals, maintenance customers, and past leads.Maintain accurate customer information and call notes.Meet daily and monthly call, appointment, and sales goals.Handle objections and turn "no" into an opportunity whenever possible.Provide an excellent customer experience from the first call.What We're Looking For:Confident and persuasive personality.Strong communication skills.Comfortable making 50–100+ outbound calls per day.Sales experience preferred, especially HVAC, home services, plumbing or similar industries.Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.Professional, positive, and competitive attitude.Compensation:$18-$20 per hour + Aggressive Commission & BonusesUnlimited earning potential for high performers.The Goal:More conversations More appointments More opportunities More sales.
