Responsibilities
Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
Present system options, financing programs, and comfort solutions
Close sales using our proven Service MVP sales process
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required
Proven track record of closing sales and meeting goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales technology
Highly organized and self-motivated
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
