We're on the hunt for a competitive, outgoing, and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an HVAC Commercial B2B Maintenance Agreement Sales. In this role, you'll be calling on top decision-makers at commercial facilities, showing them, how Emerald Aire can save them money on owning and operating costs while delivering top-tier service.
This is consultative selling at its best. You'll be painting a picture for customers, uncovering their needs, and providing real solutions. If you know how to build lasting relationships through value-not price, we are your team!
What You Bring to the Table:

- Curiosity & problem-solving skills-you'll become a trusted consultant to our customers Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but no HVAC experience required-we'll coach you up!
Position: HVAC Commercial B2B Maintenance Agreement Sales
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000 Base + Uncapped Commission Plan. Potential annual earnings of $200,000 annually
Hours: Monday through Friday

Essential Job duties:
- As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and building meaningful relationships.
- Cold Calling: Actively engage in consistent cold calling to decision makers, opening doors for new business opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and create new business opportunities, expanding our reach and impact.
- Executive-Level Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to executives, showcasing our value proposition.
- Financial & Life Cycle Analysis: Develop in-depth financial and life cycle analyses that demonstrate the value from the customer's perspective.
- Proposal Generation: Create and present compelling proposals tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Selling Financial ROI Concepts: Focus on selling the financial return on investment (ROI) concepts to clients, rather than technical solutions, ensuring the customer sees the long-term value
Position Requirements:
- B2B Sales or Consultative Sales experience; success in selling services or other intangible offerings
- Cold Calling experience, over the phone and in person
- Financial Acumen, selling ROI concepts
- Self -Disciplined & Results Driver, accustomed to winning sales awards through consistently high performance
- Ability and skill to manage the entire sales cycle is essential
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
