Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has an opening for an HVAC estimating Department Manager. This individual will oversee a 15-person residential HVAC department. This candidate will need high acumen in Wrightsoft,and Wrightdraw, Energy Calculations and Residential Duct Design.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee HVAC estimating team
- Receive and review blueprints from clients
- Prepare bids for new work
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive personnel management and job duty assignment
- Task scheduling experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements
- Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes
Education and Experience:
- Wright Soft Experience (required)
- Florida Energy Gauge Experience (required)
- Personnel management
