Location: Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Hourly Rate: $30 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

Dynamic Mechanical is seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman to lead commercial installation crews with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety. We're looking for a hands on leader who can coordinate daily operations, support field teams, and deliver exceptional results on every project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews
• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and safe work practices
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
• Coordinate daily work activities, materials, and manpower
• Troubleshoot issues and make effective field decisions
• Communicate clearly with project managers, contractors, and team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with proven leadership abilities
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation methods, codes, and best practices
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
