Position: General Manager / Revenue Leader (HVAC)


The Opportunity


This is not a “manager” role. This is a run-the-business, own-the-number, build-something-big role.


Good Life Brands owns and operates a locally established, family-owned residential HVAC company. We’re looking for a leader who can drive revenue, elevate the team, and transform the business into a market-dominating operation.


If you think in terms of close rate, average ticket, revenue per tech, and EBITDA - not just “service” - this is built for you.


What You’ll Own


  • Revenue & Profit (P&L Owner)
    Full accountability for top-line growth and bottom-line performance. You’re not supporting the number - you own the number.
  • Sales Engine Performance
    Drive: 
    •  Close rates 
    •  Average ticket 
    •  Membership conversions 
    •  Lead-to-revenue efficiency
       Build a team that sells the right way and wins consistently.
  • Customer Experience = Premium Brand
    Create a “wow” experience that justifies premium pricing and builds long-term loyalty. 
  • Team Leadership & Culture
    Recruit, train, and develop high performers. Build a culture of accountability, competition, and growth.
  • Operational Excellence
    Oversee HVAC operations with a focus on: 
    •  Technician productivity 
    •  Job profitability

Requirements


  •  5+ years in HVAC (service + sales environment)

  •  High ownership mindset - you act like it’s your business
