About the Role
As an HVAC Helper, you will support the HVAC Technician's responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, processes, Team Member expectations, and quality and safety standards necessary to represent CMC Corporate Solutions in a professional manner
- Installation Support
- Maintenance & Cleaning
- Tools & Material Handling
- Diagnostic Assist
- Safety Compliance
- Other non-specific duties that arise in support of our Team's efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Must be able to work above ground level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Must be able to squat/kneel for prolonged periods
- Must be able to operate machinery
