Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is currently hiring an HVAC Install Apprentice for our Utah location. We are looking for motivated individuals with some prior HVAC, construction, mechanical, or trade experience who are eager to continue learning and growing within the industry.

This is an urgent hiring need, and we are looking to move quickly for qualified candidates.

Hiring Process:

What You’ll Do:

As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced HVAC Install Technicians assisting with residential heating and cooling system installations while continuing to build your knowledge and experience in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations
• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, coils, ductwork, and related equipment
• Support lead installers throughout the installation process
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company installation procedures and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Support the team in delivering a 5-star customer experience
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, garages, and outdoor environments
• Represent Golden Rule professionally on every job site

Who You Are:

We are looking for someone who already has some exposure to the trades and wants to continue building a long-term career in HVAC.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
