What You'll Do
- Work alongside a lead installer replacing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Carry and haul out equipment, and load and unload the truck
- Learn ductwork, brazing, wiring, and system start-up hands-on
- Protect the customer's home and leave every job cleaner than you found it
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of experience. HVAC, construction, warehouse, or any hands-on work counts.
- Reliable, on time, and coachable
- Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass a background check
- EPA 608 certification or HVAC trade school is a plus but not required. We'll help you get certified.
