What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and people-facing. You'll be installing HVAC systems, walking customers through stressful situations, and helping them feel taken care of when comfort matters most.

You'll use your technical knowledge to recommend the right long-term fix, not the easy upsell. In retrofit environments, details matter. Clean work matters. Professionalism matters. Customers will feel the difference.

The Hiring Process

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $85,000 to $115,000 per year working 40 to 45 hours a week. You'll also have a clear path to grow through continued training and advancement opportunities.

• You're service-focused and comfortable helping customers through emergency HVAC situations.

• Experience installing large HVAC equipment in a retrofit environment is a plus.
