What You'll Do

• Assist Lead Installers with residential HVAC system installations and replacements

• Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment

• Prepare job sites, organize materials, and assist with loading and unloading equipment

• Follow installation procedures, safety regulations, and company standards

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and team members

• Help deliver a 5-star customer experience on every job

• Learn and develop the skills needed to advance into a Lead Installer role

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC installation experience preferred, but motivated individuals willing to learn are encouraged to apply

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment is a plus

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting equipment and working in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team

• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills

• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
