Position Overview

The HVAC Installer will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction by servicing equipment ranging from furnaces and air handlers to UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers. Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems according to design specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and warranty work on HVAC equipment
• Troubleshoot systems using schematics and diagnostic tools
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant safety and building codes
• Conduct property-related HVAC maintenance tasks as needed
• Drive a company vehicle to various service locations
• Represent A-1 HVAC with professionalism and integrity at every job site

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• EPA Certification required
• General knowledge of low-voltage HVAC systems
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HVAC installation and service
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
