Are you an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys being part of a great team? Hughes Mechanical LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated technician to join our growing team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
• Installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.
• Ensuring all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Troubleshooting installation issues and making sure systems are operating properly.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Providing friendly, professional service to our customers.
• Working alongside a team that takes pride in quality workmanship.

What We're Looking For

• Previous  residential HVAC installation experience of 2 years or more is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• EPA certification and applicable HVAC licenses are a plus.
