As an HVAC Installer, you'll work with a crew that values integrity, craftsmanship, and taking care of customers and each other. If you want to work where quality matters, you'll feel it fast.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and straightforward. You'll set equipment, run lineset, braze, pull vacuum, and charge systems the right way—not the rushed way.

You'll handle residential changeouts, new construction, and ductwork. You'll work closely with your lead, communicate clearly with other trades, and keep every job clean, code-compliant, and respectful of the customer's home.

The goal is simple: leave every job knowing it was done right. Your crew sees it, the customer feels it, and your workmanship speaks for itself.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous hiring process, but move fast for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days. Because we've had strong interest, the first few steps are automated so you can be considered quickly.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $85,000 to $125,000 per year, plus overtime pay and performance bonuses. You'll work 30 to 40 hours a week. You'll also get a fully stocked company truck to take home every night, plus a cell phone, iPad, boot stipend, and quality uniforms.
