Lead Installers also receive a take-home company vehicle.YOUR ROLE AS OUR HVAC INSTALLERMonday-Friday schedule with only occasional weekend work based on customer needs.You'll install residential heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits. You'll replace ductwork from plans, complete installation checklists, communicate with team members throughout projects, utilize mobile technology to manage job details, and help ensure every installation meets safety standards, quality expectations, and code requirements.
