Position Summary

Mighty is seeking an experienced, revenue-driven HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for completing high-quality residential HVAC installations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and identifying additional revenue opportunities through system upgrades, accessories, and customer recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC heating, cooling, and ventilation systems safely and efficiently.
• Meet installation productivity, revenue, and performance goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue through system upgrades, accessories, and indoor air quality products.
• Educate homeowners on available options and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Identify potential service and replacement opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team.
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
• Minimize callbacks, material waste, and unnecessary expenses to maximize job profitability.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and customer records in ServiceTitan.
• Collaborate with installation management, service technicians, and dispatch.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and a professional appearance.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Mighty professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and safety practices.
• EPA Section 608 certification required for regulated refrigerant work.
• Ability to recognize revenue opportunities and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record for company vehicle operation.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of HVAC installation work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
