What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in HVAC install, service, or repair
• Rock-solid work ethic
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented & customer-focused
• Willing to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Able to pass drug test & background check
• Defensive Driving Certificate
• EPA Universal Certification – REQUIRED
