What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in HVAC install, service, or repair
Rock-solid work ethic
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented & customer-focused
Willing to work nights/weekends during peak seasons
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Able to pass drug test & background check
Defensive Driving Certificate
EPA Universal Certification – REQUIRED
