    You should have prior experience as an HVAC Installer, hold an EPA certification, and be a team player who is also comfortable working independently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality work are essential.

    Responsibilities:
    • Install residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. 
    • Work independently or lead a crew to complete installation projects with the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. 
    • Communicate effectively with customers during the installation process to ensure satisfaction. 
    • Collaborate with team members and mentor junior installers to promote a positive and productive work environment. 
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of installation tasks, including timecards, feedback forms, and option sheets. 
    • Follow safety guidelines and ensure all installations are completed to code.

    Schedule:
    • Monday to Saturday
    • No on-call shifts – work-life balance is a priority. 
    • Overtime available
    Qualifications:
    • 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer (required).
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. 
    • EPA Certification (preferred). 
    • NATE Certification (preferred). 
    • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. 
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications. 
    • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
