What You'll DoInstall residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipmentPerform system replacements, upgrades, and new installationsDiagnose installation issues and troubleshoot HVAC equipmentComplete routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiencyInstall and replace HVAC components and parts as neededFollow all safety procedures, building codes, and company standardsMaintain accurate service documentation and job recordsCommunicate professionally with homeowners and team membersAssist with additional duties and projects as assigned What We're Looking ForJourneyman HVAC License requiredMinimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentTechnical training, trade school, or apprenticeship experience preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and industry standardsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and specificationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to safely operate hand tools and power toolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditionsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy Join Criterion Plumbers?At Criterion Plumbers, we believe great employees deserve great support.
