Responsibilities:
Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues.
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC installation and.
Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
Ability to withstand summer heat.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
